He allows evidence in that should be hear say or so not be emitted he tends to rule for prosecutors he holds biased against attorneys he knows. He does not take care in ensuring the jury is not influenced by outside biased or witnesses. All in all he is a terrible trial judge. I would not want him as a dog catcher
