This judge pays attention. He was thorough and fair during my TRO/ROAH hearings.

Just completed a three day jury trial before Judge Swift. The trial didn't go as I'd hoped, but I couldn't have asked for a better judge. He's fair, knowledgeable, and allows the lawyers to try their cases without pressure. I'd recommend him for civil cases whether you're a plaintiff or defendant.

The judge DAVID W SWIFT Top fair judge I’m responding to tro failed on 2/11/2021, I did obay all the order even if the judge granted as temporary. Including turn my firearm to court. Then we are in first hearing the judge David control the hearing. I didn’t file answers yet as I have the right to do so. The plaintiff Lawer she get mad from what the judge decided and order for 21 days ligal time to respond.the Lawer she starts talk about her health condition and her plaintiff health condition which the judge nothing in his hand to do for them. He mentioned the plaintiff keeps went the court with no evidence to approve his case to court in the end the judge decided take ligal action and kick out the plaintiff and his Lawer from his court room to be away from head attacks they are costing the court I wished to rating the judge with 100 stars
