Co parent has abusive history, numerous arrests for abuse towards women and children, punched child on camera, has a filthy home, their partner has willful cruelty charges and she still decided my son needed to go visit with him. No care for the child whatsoever. Her husband left her for someone young and her daughter cross dresses so I’m sure that’s why she holds a grudge towards women but she needs to get a grip, she’s allowing personal issues to spill over into court rulings. She’s not capable of making decisions for children until she gets the mental health help she so desperately needs.

She’s as incompetent as it gets. No brain, no care for children being abused, she encourages it. She lets people abuse kids and if you try to speak up or stop it, she threatens to take custody from you because she’s extremely focused on helping abusers. She is a no good individual with a bird brain, should NOT be allowed to make decisions regarding children. She’s traumatizing children everywhere for her own pro abuse agenda. She’s disgusting and should not be trusted with the wellbeing of children when she is literally fighting to make sure they remain in abusive homes. Don’t you dare tell her she’s wrong either because lord knows she loves to threaten people with jail and no custody for questioning why she’s pro abuse. She wants to send children straight to abusive homes no matter how unsafe the child feels because oddly, she fight to keep abuse going, not to stop it. She needs to be removed and each case needs to be audited due to her gross negligence. She’s absolutely horrid and disgusting and wakes up each day hoping to place children in abusive homes, she thrives off of it. She needs a reality check because clearly she lacks all skills to see through narcissistic, abusive people. How are you a judge will no actual knowledge other than trying to sit on your dumb little chair encouraging abuse? She’s going to be the cause of many things going wrong with these children because she refuses to hold abusers accountable and tells you to leave them alone when you try to hold them accountable, all around she’s pro abuse, no matter which way you slice the pie, she’s PRO ABUSE. DAWN BITTLESTON is the most incompetent judge sitting on the panel and deserves nothing but to rot from the inside out, she needs to start protecting children. Because so far, she’s only shown how truly incompetent she is and how pro abuse she is. She’s disgusting.

Agree with the other comments on here. The children are this judge's absolute LAST concern. She makes a living tearing down the good parent and rewarding the poor parent. She is the most biased judge I've ever seen. She clearly had a chip on her shoulder since her husband left her for a barely legal younger girl and her child is a 'transitioner'. You can tell by her court demeanor she is a bitter bitter woman, she hates other women. Someone really needs to teach this 'judge' how to properly protect children.

She gives children back to abusers and beats the victim down with words. She does not care about child abuse and will make any excuse she possibly can to justify it.

Dawn Bittleston should not be a judge. She forms her judgement for family law issues based on her life experiences. Her parents are divorced and she grew up having each parent in a different state therefore she feels kids should have the same opportunity that she had as a child. She went based on that "fact" and chose to ignore the safety concerns presented to her (neglect and harm inflicted on my young daughter). She failed to show any urgency for a criminal record which included drug charges and failed drug tests by the other party and made a poor call based on her own personal feelings.
