Knows civil litigation.
This judge lots his temper, did not seem to have much knowledge in Family law. He would heavenly lean on opposite attorney for advice, he literally asked him "what have you seen in cases like this" "what do you suggest" also when I provided a request for a law he literally had to grab "Dummies for judges" to learn the law. Very bias, did not ask petitioner for proofs of all statements after respondent showed clear proof of his lies. Petitioner and Attorney both males and and judge often sited with them. Made decisions on just male statements without asking for proof.
When it comes to Family Law, he has no idea what the hell he’s doing so disgusted with these judges that get appointed to a background in civil should be Illegal
I have had the pleasure of appearing on Kitchens' probate calendar on many occasions. He is knowledgeable, thoughtful and incredibly evenhanded. He allows each and every litigant to speak and allows them to continue until they are finished. His decisions are fair and rooted in the law and the facts as they are presented.
