I think an accurate description of her is to describe her as an Italian American Dolores Umbridge from the Harry Potter books and films. Mercifully, she doesn't punctuate her comments with the vile, twittering laugh perfected by Imelda Staunton. Add in the laugh, though, and her soul is revealed. Runs a tight ship as presiding judge and allows the judges beneath her to run rough shod over litigants' rights and ignore clear, competent evidence of perjury established by competent documentary evidence.
