Doesn’t follow the 14th amendment of Due Process. She is keeping a Guardian Ad Litem on a adult to help hide the racketeering on case LP014237 where now fired Nedra Jenkins abuse of power got Staff to “on the courts own motion” appoint Rebecca Loo Esq to be GAL of Merik Migliore to silence him and sell/auction off his property/house. Judge Christian has been asked to remove GAL. She says no because other Judges used her too and if she needs information a GAL is legal. However that’s not the law. An adult must have due process and be adjudicated incapacitated. Must have a legal appointment process with a noticed hearing. Hopefully 5/14/26 Judge Christian will hear the Petition to Void Sale of Trust Property and return funds to Recon Investment LLC then on 7/30/26 at 1:30PM hear the Motion to Strike all actions, activities of GAL

Refuses to remove a Guardian Ad Litem on case LP014237 Probate even though the “on the courts own motion” was done by a 11/19/21 Order that was not file stamped. The adult is almost 25 and competent. Never been under conservatorship. The County Counsel Nedra Jenkins attorney for the Public Guardian as trustee of the SNT wanted to sell/auction off property and beneficiary and mother said no. So a Court Appointed Attorney was put in at Jenkins request. Then on a bankruptcy stay they all supported the sale. Suing the Guardian Ad Litem and County Counsel Nedra Jenkins and Public Guardians as trustee but Judge Deborah Christian refused to appoint a successor trustee. Allowing a GAL to speak for an adult. Her alliance with GAL and others are harmful to myself and my son. As we are trying to save our home.

This unqualified Judge in Dept 44 must be relegated.

This uneducated probate Judge should not be allowed to rule on any Probate Trust Agreement because she simply does not know anything about legal, lawful, and acceptable Probate Trust agreements. She must be replaced by someone more knowledgeable.

My name is George, and I have been attending Dept 44 Courtroom, operated by this idiotic Judge Christian, who has no skills or knowledge to operate her courtroom effectively. She is negligent, a procrastinator, and always late to attend her courtroom. I have read a lot of terrible ratings about this so-called Judge, and I decided to find out for myself and ultimately leave my input online about this repulsive, incompetent Judge. She truly deserves to be terminated.

Deborah Christian is [Redacted by Ed.] judge, that has no remorse for her illegal actions in a phantom court. (A court not on record and not recorded) She prides herself on breaking the law and giving the public who pays her salary absolutely no recourse of her illegal and deplorable actions. She denied my appeal by not allowing me to file the appeal, by claiming I didn’t pay the 750.00 fine in time. I had submitted a financial hardship that had already been approved and followed the laws of the court. She denies anyone the ability to change her illegal and disgraceful rulings. Even with hundreds of pages of proof and specific laws that were blatantly denied to the non criminal in the probate case. She allowed the lawyers and the fake trustee the means and ability to completely break the law. In my opinion, she may have allowed my father’s killer to receive complete access and rights to all of his property. She gave the authority to an ex from 17 yrs prior to his death the ability to deny his only child any rights at all, including being notified of his death, days after his death. After the thief and her criminal acting lawyers had taken possession of his estate. She was more than horribly unlawful, there was no doubt that she didn’t do it out of incompetence, she deliberately broke the law out of greed and gave the rights and laws to protect the beneficiary no consideration. She basically was the at the top of the pyramid of that scam. Why else would she so blatantly and aggressively break every law she vowed to preserve. She has only her interests in mind, and no interest in up holding the law or protecting citizens from criminals. [Redacted by Ed.] Not to mention the law called for the case to be in Ventura County Court. But no laws were considered or upheld in her court.

This [Redacted by Ed.] and Biased Judge D. Christian has total disregard for the California Rules of Court. I filed a Notice of Appeal and a Motion to Stay on June 26, 2024, and requested to stay from further ruling on my Probate Case. This [Redacted by Ed.] judge ignored the Notice of Appeal and continued to rule on my Probate Case, ultimately denying my probate case while I was waiting for the Appellate Justices to rule.

This unqualified, dishonorable, and uneducated biased Probate Judge D. L. Christian in Dept 44 at Stanley Mosk Courthouse should be terminated immediately and must let go. I the Petitioner Mike Harsini filed many Motions of prejudice including CCP 170.1 and CCP 170.3 trying to have her recused herself from ruling on my case, but unfortunately, she keeps denying my motions. This Judge knows that I have responded to the Respondant's discovery questionnaire and even I filed my responses in her court, but this unqualified judge did not even notice it and sanctioned me. I filed my complaint against her with her Suprvising Judge Brenda Penny at Dept 4 room 217 but her Supervisor Judge Penny has not done anything about it either. However, if you are looking to obtain justice in your Probate case I suggest look for a qualified, fair, and educated Judge with a good reputation. Good Luck !!!

Judge Christiansen will not rule. She drags cases out even with evidence being presented. Even when the other side doesn’t facilitate a deposition she ordered him to. [Redacted] I am reporting her to the bar. New judge NOW !!!! Ruining lives and families by letting things drag out and not making a ruling that is just!! [redacted]

I believe this Judge used to be an Unlawful Detainer Action Judge but somehow she is now has become a Probate Judge at Dept. 44 at Stanley Mosk Courthouse. I the Petitioner filed 170.6 and I had to transfer my case of Probate from Dept 9 to her courtroom at Dept 44 to vacate the Sanction judgment and also honoring my case of Summary Judgment. After waiting one year this Judge says she didn't have time to read and study my Briefs and Motion filed. She also said she cannot overrule other Judges' decisions. She is even reluctant to order my mother "the Decedent's" Bank account information to prove my case of Probate forJustice to prevail. However, unfortunately, I had to file my case of Probate with the Court of Appeal Second Appellate District after she denied my filing of 170.6 which means waiting for another two years to conclude my Probate Case.

Judge Christian is a very good judge. She knows the law and expects attorneys to also. She is very patient and professional. Her staff is very attentive and friendly (shout out to Yvette). #Dept44

~This judge feeds right into these conservatorship scams. She lets these people deplete the elders estate and doesn’t allow them to have capacity even if an expert states so. She just draggggggs it out and gives these thieves all the time in the world until the elder actually loses more capacity. Shameful. Just shameful. This judge is not a big fan of human rights. It’s no wonder Britney ended up conserved for 13 years.
