Biased against good parents' civil rights and parental rights and children's rights. Her only desire obviously by her actions/words in courts/written orders is to destroy kids and to destroy law-abiding citizens/hard-workers/innocent parents to protect greedy or abusive parents, ignoring facts, evidence, witnesses, even willingly blocked out witnesses depriving all defendants of due processes, said she is above the law in court, said she does not have to follow the Constitution both U.S. Constitution and Oklahoma Constitution. She is [redacted by Ed.] her orders falsely imprison people without a victim ever presented and without a spect of harm presented. She said credit card debts are same as income. She refused in forma pauperis (IFP) for actually poor people who was deemed poor by higher courts State Supreme Court and Federal Courts. She put people in jail to ruin their lives and careers or so their kids can be kidnapped by her and the State of Oklahoma. She has indeed refused jury trials if there is any excuse to do so. She violates the U.S. and Oklahoma Constitution constantly at every hearing; she has no business being a judge; she does NOT follow either written law or stare decises and thinks she is above the law and thinks she is a legislator making laws out of thin air contrary to current written laws and thinks she is expert witness accountant also. She suppresses evidence and blockes out all witnesses for defendants. I agree with others opinion around town that she herself should go to prison for violations of civil rights and abusive and kidnapping of defendants via accomplice and via complicity. Specific examples: Judge Ludi-Leitch continually violates request for waiving of transcripts fees, and request for audio recordings of hearings–violation of Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101, et seq. If you like someone that forms an opinion based on no knowledge of the case and runs her mouth accordingly, this is the judge for you! She's a whirl wind of fun and excitement as she tries to pull of a Judge Judy kind of vibe all while demonstrating to het courtroom that she is ignorant about the specifics of the case. She was a true circus.

She didn’t even want to hear my side of the story. I was guilty when I walked through the door.

Her and the plantiff decided how much I could afford to make in my monthly payments. And when I said I could not afford that they both said "too bad"

She had her mind made up about me before I even came in the court room, due to the fact she was sued by someone with my same last name. She refused to look at any of my evidence to defened myself and also allowed the plantiff in my case to basicaly perjure himself and said that it did not matter because he was right and I was ignorant for thinking otherwise. That if I thought getting dolled up like a barbie doll was going to get me out of trouble I was wrong. I was respectful and kind and did not speak out of turn once and yet was treated like I just killed her dog in front of her.

The judge is very afraid to be in court. Very Liberal. Very pro deadbeat tenants. Very poor attitude. She has limited life experiences. Wastes a lot of time. Needs to focus on the law—-not feelings and thoughts.

This common person with a rob is extremely biased and had her mind made up before I opened my mouth. She said my case was about " ", then I shown her my evidence and she changed her tune. Now the case was about " ". She is rude and cut me off several times while I was trying to explain my side of the situation. I paid my 58.00 to have my case heard before a fair and impartial Judge.......and she was the one who did all the lecturing!!! She talked at me more than I was able to explain my side. I think she enjoyed confusing me. She is the best our Tax dollars can come up with ????
