Debra Silber

This woman is an outright racist. On several occasions she's used disparaging language by referring to minority litigants as "You people". Further, there was an attorney that had been caught forging Orders in Kings County and Syracuse. The attorney forged an Order in a proceeding before Silber. When I brought it to her attention that a fraud had been committed on the court, she got mad at me for coming to her ex parte and said "Now, I have to recuse myself", totally ignoring the forgery of an Order.

The most incapable Judge in Brooklyn. She does not know the law and does not allow attorneys to argue their case. She makes up the law from the bench without any rhyme or reason. She has lost all basis of reality. Good luck if you have the misfortune of her hearing your case. She should be removed from the bench immediately.
