[Redacted by Ed.] She claims in documents dated 2020, (stored outside of my home)which is robbed often, even though I changed the locks 14 times in nine years... and the thief are on cameras. This judge claims I stood before signing a stipulation with dirty lawyers [Redacted by Ed.] , saying that wife gives over all money made before marriage, during marriage and after marriage to abusive husband. NOBODY can produce this fraudelant stipulation, as I have never stood before this judge Deirdre Hill (former DA over looking the LAPD police dept), I never met her, I never signed such document and she would have had to have my signature in person, notary and certified copy given to her buddy [Redacted by Ed.] who finished me off claiming I give my lifetime work to my abuser Ex (no prenup), and he with his Judge connections and dirty lawyers created many vextacious litigation smear campgnae cases to do as my ex said he would when I liked him out for abuse.... He said he would destroy me for telling people he hit me for years. I did not, as with his contacts I knew he'd flip the script but I needed medical help from the severe beatings and five kind doctors called the Ploice based on my medical records. The lawyers and many involved use cyber fraud to email as me, mess with my filings and to literally show up in my personal texts which are all a federal offense ... these judges make the rules, so any help can only Poster as they will help. Keep talking about all the fraud as I have FAKE judges that do not exist or clerks that retired long ago on FAKE rulings that my global business man ex husband has orchestrated thru dirty clerks, judges and lawyers. [Redactged by Ed.] She came to the bench late every day one week, and sat there awith her big oversized beach glasses on, sipping a big oversized Slurpeee and is doing her makeup in front of the entire courtroom, while attorneys are talking and she’s not even paying attention, and she’s texting and doing her hair for 90 minutes on the bench. [Redacted] During motion practice for 1 month I was in the court room every day, and I have never seen the proper party win. Her courtroom is the perfect courtroom for the party who should not prevail on the merits. [redacted]

[Redacted] This lady is worse than what everyone is saying on here, absolutely. She does not even deserve a 1-rating out of 10 if 1 is the worst and 10 is the best. She deserves a zero. She definitely did not read the paperwork submitted for a hearing by me that was “ex parte” (unless she did and just did not understand what she was reading) but (“she”) ruled anyway before I got there to argue. She should stick with photography because her getting elected the next time she makes in on a ballot would be unacceptable. Everyone that is scheduled to see her (unless she has a bias for that side) should file a motion under CCP 170.6.

Judge Hill has no desire to be a Judge and it shows. Literally every tentative ruling she issued she reversed after oral argument. She consistently got snowed and connned by frivolous and nonsensical legal arguments. He lack of knowledge of the law is shocking. I will never allow her to handle another case. She is truly one of the worst judges I have seen in 27 years of practice.
