Judge Neal is pro government and does not respect the constition or the bill of rights. Her husband is a former Pinal County Prosecutor and she shows favoritism toward the PCAO and her friend former Pinal County Sheriff Mark Lamb. If you have a case assigned to her, exercise your change of judge option right out of the gate or else expect your client will have the book thrown at them whether they are innocent or guilty.

Judge Delia Neal should not be sitting on the bench. She does not know or understand basic law. Her ruling do not align with the law or rules of court. She is overly emotional and does not read most documents filed in the cases before her. Her own court staff talks behind her back about what a horrible Judge she is, but they won't speak up to get rid of her.
