Dennis J. Hubel

Born to be a judge. Serves in the highest traditions of the bench. Selfless, determined to see justice done and requires of lawyers the same exactitude that he requires of himself.

Judge Hubel is hard-working, thoughtful, well-prepared and very even-tempered. He decides promptly. He does not invite humor in his court room, however, and I think he is more skeptical of individual plaintiffs than he is of corporate defendants. I would be more comfortable trying a jury trial in his courtroom than a court trial.
