Clearly not reading litigant's filings and not supervising his law clerks. Protects government agencies against lawsuits even when they are culpable to clear his calendar. Ignores strong legal precedence without regard to inconsistencies due to obvious personal biases. Still believes he is employed by the US Attorney's office.
