DEWAIN FOX is one of the worst judges I have encountered on the family court bench. His rulings 9 years ago continue to hurt my children. The negative iimpact he has made on their innocent lives cannot be overstated. I hope a recipient of this judge’s improper ruling sues him and appeals and brings to light that he is out of his league and HURTING children.! What happened to the idea that the best interest of the child should be at the foremost of any action in family court? What happened to the idea that children are our future? Putting children with an abusive parent, intentionally and deliberately and ignoring all evidence that previous judges in that case rendered is breathtakingly stupid, well that’s what this judge did multiple judges ruled that the other parent was abusive had a history of domestic violence that could be harmful to the children and they ruled accordingly this judge decided to be alone wolf and go against all those orders you can only imagine how devastating that was for the children involved Please use your imagination because it’s bad and it’s continuing on and because of this judge siding with a manipulative, con artist, pathological, liar he emboldened that parent and made it almost impossible for me to have any ability to protect the well-being of the children involved from their abusive parent. Judge Fox should be fired and sued and definitely taken off the bench. I ahudder when I read the other bad reviews. He has left his mark alright!

I want you to know that after nine years this evil man's bad judgment and a lying tongue have still not gotten me my children back. He, in breaking up my family for nine years now, testified for my ex wife by corroborating her statements about me HIMSELF! And attributed my ex wife's hospitalization to ME. This man is sick and evil to say the least and I am not surprised about all that I read about him. No common sense and he didn't even check my ex's records that she left AMA from a psych ward post separation but remember he is God so what does he need to deal with facts right?? I honestly say this is the vilest human I have ever known.

Terrible. It’s a shame that I cannot give this reprehensible sociopath a -10 rating. He is an evil man who rules on a whim in family court. My children continue to suffer due to this man’s rulings. Due to his vindictive nature I dare not being any matter before daily court. I would not like to be sanctioned again for trying to protect my child.
