During a revision she took in consideration for my children’s safety and well-being and ordered them in my care. 30days later she ordered one child back with the abuser 50/50 and then we appeared in front of her 4 more times and each time she just got worse and worse until she ordered both kids back with their abuser full time. She refuses to read declarations and evidence and takes the attorney at their word. There is clear evidence of abuse but she does not care or take the time to read and is biased to one attorney and doesn’t allow my attorney to speak before making a ruling. She is old and forgetful and has her mind made up before you even enter her court room.

In the beginning she took in consideration the truth and seen through the lies and deception of the father. I wasn’t there the last two hearings but suddenly the alcoholism concern went completely out the window. My grandson is distraught and this lady did it. I have no words. Believed two felons over my grandsuns mom and would not allow my daughter witnesses.

She needs to be removed from Pierce County Family Court just as she was removed from Criminal Court due to her horrible bad rulings!

Her thinking and her ruilings are not in the best intrest of children whatsoever!

She based her ruling on hearsay, did not acknowledge any required services of the father or take into account Domestic Violence and she did not uphold or own ruling and take away supervised visits after the mother passed her mental health and DV evals and kept the child with a known abuser. She could not even remember my name calling me someone else after days of trial. She has something medically wrong I think at her elderly age, she rule’s constantly in favor of men!
