Diana Lee Moreland is the most EVIL WOMAN to be a so called Judge ever! She does not listen to both sides, she is a man hater, she is a cop hater. She needs to be disbared asap. She is a threat to the community because she can not be fair. This woman is evil. If you have Court with her it doesn't matter if you have an attorney to represent you or not because she has made her mind up before she steps foot in the court room. I am a woman and I can say because of Judges like her, is the reason why women should not be judges. Diana Lee Moreland is an evil woman, that judges people on a whim and doesn't decide fairly. She is a monster. She should not be a Judge. She is a complete OGAR!

This so called Judge is the WORST. She should be in JAIL, not only disbarred but in Jail. She is completely BIASED and sides with one side. She is not impartial, she is a fraud. She needs to be in JAIL,she has ruined lives. And all these posts/comments prove it. Does no one read these, and take in to consideration what she has done to families. The worst Judge in the 12th Judicial Circuit and possibly the state of Florida. Rude, obnoxious, comes to court with her mind made up, and the law is a mere suggestion to her.

This judge is inconsistent in her rulings not only from case-to-case where facts and issues are substantially similar to one another, but also within the same case from year-to-year. This leads to the parties never knowing what to expect in an area of the law where there really should be no surprises. Her rulings are self-serving in that they often serve no purpose nor produce any benefit to the ward and only end up creating more cost for those involved all without addressing any real problem. Furthermore, she inserts herself into the case as an adverse party, creating controversy where there is none and raising issues when all parties have consented to the relief sought.

Mrs Moreland is completely rude and condescending. She does not listen to anything and acts as a prosecutor rather than an impartial fact finder. She is not fit to handle mental health cases as she lacks empathy and compassion for what many people may be experiencing. She rushes people and tries to twist words to end up being a completely different statement than what is being testified. This woman can really destroy lives. Being elected a judge shall not allow a judge to abuse power and show bias and predisposition based on her own opinions. If you are dealing with Judge Diana Lee Moreland, please prepare well and have a good defense because she is plain evil.

This judge does not LISTEN, she comes into court with her mind already set in GUILTY, no matter what the facts and evidence shows. That is the total opposite of the definition of a JUDGE. Find another job where people's life don't depend on your mood
