Donald Robert Pierson II is one former real estate attorney in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, who was elected and re-elected until the present time in at least (03) three consecutive general elections held in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas as one politician judicial candidate and incumbent office holder republican at Tarrant County Republican Party located in Fort Worth, Texas. He has run practically alone in almost all partisan primary elections held by the Tarrant County Republican Party and alone in all general elections held in Tarrant County, Texas and for the political judicial officer position of the Texas State Statutory Tarrant County Civil County Court at Law Number 1 located in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas. As consequence of the total political inaction and from others political parties located in Tarrant County and also the total lack of independent candidates to run and from the same political judicial officer position, Donald Robert Pierson II is sitting in that Texas State Statutory Court for more than 12 years and not to be a competent judge, but due the lack of political judicial candidates and to the people of Tarrant County to vote in the general elections for alternative political judicial candidates. Donald Robertson Pierson II does not give any damn consideration about his adjudications disposed as one elective political judicial officer and because he has reigned alone for more than 01 decade as the only political judicial candidate in the general elections held in the Tarrant County and running every four years alone as political judicial candidate and not having any kind of political judicial adversaries in one democratic political system. Even the Texas Constitution, Article 16, Section 1, Subsection C and the administrative directives issued by the Texas Secretary of State in September 2017, Donald Robert Pierson II has systematically ignored the requirements described in the Texas Constitution and of which he has sworn under an official oath of office affidavit that he will abide with the Texas Constitution and the laws in the State of Texas. However, Donald Robert Pierson II has not abided with the requirements of the Texas Constitution and to be a legitimate de jure judicial officer and to hold legitimately one political public judicial office in Texas. In fact, Donald Ronald Pierson II is a de facto judicial officer and holding illegitimately a political public judicial office located in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas and because he did not submit h
