How was this guy allowed to sit on the bench after defending Sami Al Arin a known and confirmed terrorist who had part in the worst terrorist attack ever on our great country? How? That's not just slipping thru the cracks folk. Our great president needs to removeve this greedy bufoon off the bench as soon as possible.

Even though he "retired" I feel it prudent to alert all litigants in Pinellas County that there are some really bad (and good) judges here as I suppose there may be in all counties. My first experience in Pinellas County resulted in a judge (Bonnie Newton) being not only removed from office but also the reason laws were changed to hold Judges personally financially responsible once held acccountible by the JQC. While the JQC was not involved this time, I can tell you their rationale would still hold. Donald E. Horrox is not fit to hold public office in any state in any capacity going forward.
