Donald F. Gaffney is a bias, prejudice racists Caucasian who is in fact an Tyrant who do not follow laws, statues, or court room procedures, that violates the natural man and woman constitutional rights, due process to uphold contractors called police officers who has violated my rights under the color of law in which i cant seem to figure out why an family lawyer is hearing my case in civil court i am filling an 170.6 to have his racist ass remove from my case as it has been proven i can not get a fair trial or hearing hearing under this Tyrant as the police department was in Default and this Tyrant refused to enter in an default judgement as if it did not take place

Needs to be removed from the bench ASAP!!!

I can't believe what a piece of crap California has become. Since when does nobody care about their legal system and the public's faith in knowing that justice will be served even when it is against a tyrant such as Donald F Gaffney? This judge has repeatedly hurt the very core of what our judiciary is charged with upholding and has lost the faith of the people it is supposed to serve. How Gaffney is allowed to walk free while hurting family after family while knowingly ignoring the very laws he is supposed to enforce is just testament to what our state and it's governing body have become. An absolute waste of tax money and a criminal enterprise that makes all the world's gangs and mafia organizations look like a daycare center when compared to the behavior of their judges and mainly Gaffney. This man needs to be brought into the courts as a defendant, not a judge and needs to be led out in handcuffs, not a robe.

`Relative to civil matters, Judge Gaffney is an excellent and well prepared jurist. Smart, deliberate, attentive and even dispositioned. I sense no pro plaintiff or pro defendant leanings. He was excellent and fair to all in trial. His courtroom staff is excellent, polite and professional.

Thank whatever power you want that this [redacted] is out in January 2023. I know many of us will be a lot happier when this monster isn't able to rule over anyone anymore. Should've been stripped of that power long ago. Do know that if there was a way to rate it and its judicial term any lower, I would have.

He can’t put his biases aside and make his rulings based on law or statutes. He has no patients and loses this temper and likes to yell over everyone.
