Totally biased against employee/plaintiffs. Entered scheduling order giving plaintiff 45 days to complete discovery before defendants had been served. Even though deadline was impossible to meet, he refused to give an extension.
Comes across like a mean judge when sitting on the bench, however behind that attitude there is a heart, he is concerned for both sides of the isle, at times he tends to lean a little to the liberal side, when sentencing he can dish out hard time.
If you have a case with Judge Graham and have never physically been before him, then do yourself a HUGE favor and make it a point to sit in the gallery as an observer on one of his calendars before you ever appear in person in front of him on your case. You'll be glad you took this advice.
