This is a judge that openly still believes, and behaves, as if he is a prosecutor, which makes for a terrible judge. a man tht is bad at his job. does not understand his role or responsibities. Condescending to boot. It is a shame that individuals like this become judges. Superficially polite, but nothing more. an embarassment to the bench.
