My back ground is over 15 years with the Federal Government and I represent Federal Union Employees. This has been over 6 years divorce trial where my ex wife violated so many law’s identity theft, mortgage fraud, had a group of men including a CPD Officer she admitted on the stand. This Judge said she cannot be held liable for crying on these men shoulders to harm me. This Judge refused to read any documents or allow me to speak before the court. The worst unimaginable treatment from someone that is allowed to practice law. Justice must be done and remove this judge from practicing any type of law.

I cannot believe this judge over see domestics relations cases. She has treated me horribly with not type of respect or decency. I have waited over 3 hours at times before she will even enter the zoom hearing and in person hearing. How can this be possible. She has told me several times that she doesn’t know why I am there with here and we have have several continuous because she doesn’t have time to see or hear my case (I have seen her since June 2023) even after me waiting an hour or more after our scheduled hearing time. I had a hearing with here June 17, 2024 and till this day I have not received the post hearing order….it’s been over a month. She has even told me several times “why are you mad at me I don’t owe you child support” wow how can an empathetic family judge say that. This after making me wait hours past our hearing times and on several occasions.

Oblivious to her cases and to the law. Has no idea what is going on. Violates due process, civil/fundamental/human/child/parental rights. Child trafficking going on in her courtroom via the AFCC Illinois chapter president Agnes Olechno and the racketeering going on between 'court approved facilitators' (other attorneys/GALs, psychologists, attorneys charging for supervised visits. Removals are happening without cause. Judge Jackson writes her own court transcripts and holds secret court (completely off the public calendar and without previous orders stating so)

This individual is by no means a professional judge. This person demonstrates the example of the phrase “color of the law”. This person’s Rudeness, arrogance and ignorance will not make a positive change for a difference families nor to our justice system. Observations of actions of this individual demonstrated lack of respect and empathy for family units. This individual did not perform any duties, nor the due diligence of the role as a judge. I do not know how this person acquired the role of a lawyer? There is great need for this person to learn how to work and how research the laws and them accordingly and accurately. This individual left it to attorneys to write the biased decisions. The actions of this judge to take prejudicial favoritism through the process. Divorce proceedings are not about the authority of a person. It is about finding common grounds between the parties. This person overseeing the proceedings for this case was heavy handed with threats and erroneous actions. The pretense of a professional spoke without thinking. Criticism flowed freely. The lack of knowledge of the laws and the role as an officer of the court definitely made mistakes. This individual failed to make a positive impact on the people she was hired to serve .sadly this individual made the good judge who knows and follows the rules and laws, like bad. This person that is taking advantage of the public trust. This person is Very disappointing to those who do work hard everyday.this person collects a paycheck and doesn’t earn it. This person was hired to make certain that fairness between people and others , that rely on her to do what is right and equitable for ALL INVOLVED. She needs to change her personality, priorities and profession. This individual must LEARN THE LAWS AND FOLLOW THE LAWS. STOP TALKING AND LISTEN TO WHAT THE PEOPLE HAVE TO SAY. TALK WITH THEM, NOT AT THEM. Ethics is important too.

This woman isn’t qualified to drive an Uber, no less run a courtroom with thousands of cases under her purview. My story reads the same as many others…. I haven’t seen my child in years despite never breaking the law, following every court mandate, and spending over $300K to fight for every minute I can get with my child. She’s in collusion with the scumbag piece of shit GAL who does NOTHING but count the dollars he steals from me. We need to take action if there’s any hope of resolving our cases, seeing our children, and making sure this horrible human cannot hurt anyone else.

[Redacted by Ed.] I haven't seen my son in over 4 years because of her. She also took away my phone visitation and I haven't spoken to my son in over 3 years. I live in another state. My son isn't allowed to visit me in my home state. I have done everything the court has required from me and paid while my child's father does nothing that is ordered. She has attempted to use the law against me in my home state concerning my other child- (who my ex molested, isn't his child, and isn't a part of this case)and was told by the chief justice that they would report her to Illinois. She takes children from their parents and makes detrimental decisions without concern for their well-being. I did report her twice to the Judicial Board and nothing was done.

Judge Jackson is the only judge for dissolution of marriage in the Bridgeview courthouse of Cook county. She has no knowledge of the law, and has no ability to act as the trier of fact. She is bias against female litigants. She refuses to acknowledge domestic violence, and has no ability of discernment. If Judge Jackson has abused you in her courtroom, send an email to this post. This judge is very biased and had already made up her mind right from the beginning. I truly believe she sides with the men in custody cases. My children were in dangerous living situations of neglect and poor parenting when they are with their father and my daughter had several absences and poor grades in the beginning of the case. It was brought to her attention and she claimed she would be looking into it. now several months later my daughter is practically flunking out of high school and has missed more than the allowed days of the school year to where a truancy officer is now being involved. She does not look out for the best interest of the children. She needs to be removed from the bench so she can't keep doing this to mother's trying to fight to be with their children

This is what happens when you elect somebody who was found unqualified by every bar association. Now we stuck with her fir life unless she is reported to the judicial inquiry board, which nobody knows about.

Completely biased, illogical, irrational and incapable of making decisions around the safety and best interests of families.
