Extremely Pro Government. If you sue a major Corporation that has a former U.S. Attorney as counsel Frazier acts as a rubber stamp for the Corporation. The Corporation can lie, conceal evidence, do anything they want.

A fair magistrate: flexible and not afraid to curve the law to fit the changes in social and economic policy. Intelligent. Very occasionally can be conservative. Probably the best magistrate the MDFL has had in a while.
