This Judge is currently being sued in his official capacity under Title 42 U.S.C. sections 12131 et seq under the Americans with Disability Act which the judge violated knowingly as the Santa Clara County Superior Court was already under a settlement Agreement with United States of America

When I asked this judge to allow me for time to have a surgery to remove escalating metastasis so I could survive a bit longerJudge Takaichi being well aware that I am struggling financially to pay for this surgery ordered me to pay to opposing party who opposed continuance claiming that my cancer is fake while I have provided all medical records and letters from oncologists sufficient to know that my cancer is the most aggressive and lethal. It turned out that judge Takaichi made a mistake during confidential hearing and decided that the best he can do was to have canner patient struggling to pay for surgery stuff should pay for his mistake. Later judge Takaichi appointed an attorney for me who was abusive and messed up my case by losing everything due to low quality work and after refusing to finalize settlement negotiations with opposing party said he's suffering major psychiatric disorder which explained this attorney's poor performance. Judge Takaichi refused to take responsibility for his blunders never even explaining how he decided to take money from cancer patient who needed to pay for surgery to pay for judge Takaichi's not knowing how to conduct the hearing. He also never explained, let alone took responsibility for appointing an attorney without checking if this attorney had capacity to perform his duties in line with ethical and professional standards. After that this judge left the case avoiding taking responsibility for the harm he caused. Agree with other reviewers that this judge needs to be prosecuted, ordered to pay damages, and never allowed to be the judge or attorney or anything where he would have any chance to harm people.
