Make no mistake, Dylan M Sullivan is a pro Real Estate and Mortgage company judge. She is known to have accepted donations from shady lawyers and real estate/mortgage companies. This woman will make sure her questionable rulings against homeowners facing unlawful foreclosure can never be successfully appeal. Litigants’ court filings/records always mysteriously get lost, in the system, and once a litigant tries to appeal her bias [Redacted by Ed.], the El Dorado County Superior Court Clerk office will take litigants through a ringer of denying them a fair opportunity to ever get their cases before the court of appeals. [Redacted by Ed.] and the authorities from the Federal level should investigate all those involved in this ongoing scam against honest hard-working folks.

[Redacted] I was involved in a cps case back in 2006. 17 years later I am still suffering Ptsd from the experience I had under the judge. She showed favoritism twords these two attorneys who have financial interest and public companies that benefited from her rulings. This goes back on a trust held by Mark Dean Kapper aslo known as a public corporation and now agent of insurance companies. This judge should be removed off the bench [Redacted] Judge Dylan Sullivan uses her own trauma to build the trust and then she cold heartly sides with the men [Redacted] This case involved bankruptcy fraud, mortgage fraud and the civil case of my divorce in which Mr Kapper has gotten away with massive securties fraud and not resides in Arizonia. I used to have hope until my hope was shattered by this judge. Both of my children suffer mental illness and have suffered greatly. While Judge Dylan Sullivan has zero conscience while destroying the lives of families [Redacted] At least point I agree with the DA assessment of Vern Pierson of El Dorado county. This is Political this is the Democratic Party misrepresenting the people they serve. This is federal employees turning a blind eye to justice

My experience with this judge was when she was brand new. I lost my houses, my kids, my attorneys fees [redacted by Ed.] It is because of this judge I do not trust El Dorado County Superior court. They break the rules for positions of power. [redacted] while we we get the book thrown at us. She said she would help want I got is injustice. [redacted] She turned a blind eye to evidence and I learned a valuable lesson. Our judicial system is broken.
