Echo Ryan

This judge just put a two-year sanction on me, not allowing me to file in my case without an attorney and blocking my access to court for due process and then a court judge upheld it without reviewing it. I’ve lost all faith in the rapper County Court family system. I am a single mom Trying to get by with a narcissistic piece of crap of an ex that refuses to participate in our child’s life because his girlfriend will not allow him to, and because he cannot stand in my face to face what he’s done, and the judge didn’t uphold or enforce any of her original orders during contempt, she bashed me for not having enough evidence to hold him in contempt, but yet I gave her exhibit A -Z but she claimed she didn’t have enough family court sides with whoever is quiet and compliant. I am non-compliant according to them and I’m loud as hell because Colorado says in the best interest of the child I expect that out of the court so I’m going to be loud. I’m going to file. I’m going to use AI because I can’t afford an attorney and the fact that she put a sanction on me that I have to have an attorney. I hope she plans on paying for it because appeals court is next. and then the Supreme Court and how dumb is she gonna look because I don’t stop. I’m a forced to be reckoned with even Pro say you’re not gonna gag me. You’re not gonna shut me up. I’m gonna keep pushing and keep filing because the state of Colorado says in the best interest of the Child, not in the best interest of the piece of shit that refuses to follow orders and the magistrate that refuses to enforce those orders. I’ve already had two judges disqualified from my case I can’t be doing that bad. I’m not gonna stop what are they gonna do order me out of court? My kid is only 10 years old. My ex is not doing what he’s supposed to. I am one determined mother and if magistrate echo and my ex thinks I’m gonna lay down and take it and die. He forgot who he married and she hasn’t gotten a taste of what my filings can do if anybody has any information that can help me please contact me.

Like many of the reviews on Google and in The Robing Room, Echo Ryan, is a magistrate that usually has her mind made up in the beginning. Normally, in many cases of APR, I would be the petitioner. I’m a survivor of DV, narcistic abuse. I was too scared and too broke to start a court case. When I cut off our abuser, he came back at me with the law. I thought we were out. Still offered time as long as he took classes and got into therapy, instead he took me to court. You rely on the system to give you justice. However, you see it in the headlines, all too often, of fathers murdering their children during unsupervised visitation. Note a PRE Stephanie Norris was hired by the petitioner. My attorney at the time and I warned about her lack of experience. Magistrate Ryan allowed it. This PRE as of now has been facing scrutiny in the Denver Gazette for targeting protective mothers and supporting abusive fathers and has an extremely dishonorable background in hypocrisy, DUI, etc. In the report, the PRE notes the petitioner/my ex committed child abuse, child neglect, no affection, financial abuse, coercive control, extreme moderate mental health disorder, suicidal. All of this – this magistrate STILL gave the petitioner unsupervised visitations with an infant. TWICE! The petitioner was not around during the pregnancy. I left him and thought I was out. I thought I saved my daughter and I. The family court system, particularly, this magistrate, felt this in the “best interests of the child.” An infant who cannot speak nor defend herself, still breastfeeding. To this day, still suffers the trauma endured at 4 days old with petitioner and 3 months old with petitioner and the continued abuse and neglect from our abuser today. The two of us continue to be forced into family court ordered trauma. Unlike any other crime or court case, family court is the only court in which you condemn the victims/survivors to interact with their abuser. This magistrate has allowed him to interact with us weekly so we never get a reprieve. My daughter, almost two, has been pulling her own hair, hits herself in the face, cries during diaper changes, screams and reaches for me during the majority of exchanges, shuts down, sometimes refuses to eat, lost weight, grinds her little teeth, has nightmares, comes back with bruises and scratches. I have us in therapy, which was hard to find anyone to treat someone so young. All I can do is reactive since I am bound by the court and in fear of losing my child to an abuser who will eventually discard her. All the trauma, for this. I pray every day I am able to bring my child home after dropping her off with our abuser. Magistrate Echo Ryan has unparalleled agenda – money, hierarchy, deliberate disregard for anyone’s well being except her own. Justic was not served. Echo Ryan has shown incompetence with following her own orders. This magistrate’s excruciatingly painful judgment has resulted in trauma, mental duress and more visits to Childre

Horrible judicial officer. She clearly doesn't care about the standards for judicial conduct. She has a poor temperament and plainly demonstrates bias against one party or another.

She does not have the children's best interests at heart nor the experience in dealing with any family matter, especially switching from supervised visits every other week to unsupervised visits every week and increase the time every 4 weeks. She obviously does not recognize abusers. I wish I knew how to get her removed from her position as she needs to step down before she destrpys more innocent lives!

I’ve dealt with several magistrates and judges over the years and I have to honestly say that this “judge” by far is the worst! She makes a decision on your case either by the attorney she likes the most or the friends she has worked with in the past on the first 5 minutes of court procedures starting. She doesn’t care and it shows. Her entitlement reeks throughout her long winded speeches and her eye rolls as you testify. She allows witnesses to be badgered on the stand and has been bold enough to rule against a domestic violence survivor, forcing said victim to send her children to the father, although father pled guilty to child abuse, child endangerment and malicious intent. She is possibly the worst type of judge to be put into a position like she’s in. Maybe they do things like this in Iowa (where she’s from), but to purposely put children in danger is absurd to do here in Colorado. As my attorney said, she’s absolutely nuts!

ECHO= truly lives up to her Greek Mythological name!!!! Know your due process rights, as she practices ABOVE The Supremacy Clause and is incompetent of C.R.C.P 16.2 et seq. Why she’s a family law practitioner comes only with her white privilege and at-large corruption in the 18th Judicial District Court (Arapahoe County). It was no surprise that she was RECUSED 10/26/2020 AFTER issuing an UNCONSTITUTIONAL (emphasis) INVALID Decree & APR and Child Support Orders (with notice to Third Party Intervenor) and after moving for change of judge and fraud on the court motions prior to appeal that ECHO willfully denied timely reopen (C.R.C.P 16.2(e)(10) ) motion 9/9/2020 (same day the ASSIGNED magistrate judge (Touissant) was appointed by the Governor) …. Made both complaints to OARC & CCJD RFE pursuant to 48 C.J.C. Judges § 47…. I’m hoping this “Karen” within Kolorado Kourts is debarred… Certainly my/ my son’s case will ECHO for years to come and how/why TITLE XV KEEPING CHILDREN SAFE FROM FAMILY VIOLENCE is necessary with consideration of this clothed ACTOR!

When seeking justice, we expect our judicial system to make decisions based on facts. Unfortunately, this is not always the case. The untoward reality of unfair judges is that sometimes facts are overlooked, and justice is not served. In the case essential facts are often overlooked in the name of moving her agenda forward, which results in a miscarriage of justice. She is clearly and overtly swayed by one side's arguments while almost wholly disregarding the opposition. She does not allow both sides an equal opportunity to submit and present their evidence, leading to inconsistencies with her rulings and making her a horrible practitioner of the law.

She is not a fair judge and she clearly gives whoever the petitioner everything and anything because she don’t want look like she made the wrong decision from the beginning to the end she covers up her words in transcripts and orders and over rules everything even when the other party admits to everything and still gives petitioner everything as desired without really looking into everything presented and is obviously there in front of her!!
