Certainly one of the most pleasant judges in the Southern District to appear before, practical, wry sense of humor, even-handed and not afraid to issue a ruling.
Completely incapable of any positive work for society. Completely fooling himself with his own self importance. Incapable of applying the ;aw or the constitution. Dangerous and a shame to the system.
I was before this Judge several weeks ago for the first time. Only one word for this fina meinsch--DELICIOUS. Bottle up what and who he is and spread it around to the rest of the Judges' in this courthouse.
The Hon. Judge Ramos appears to be biased against Pro Se litigants and doesn't afford them the same demeanor that he expresses towards opposing counsel. This problem seems to extend to his spontaneous orders while in conference and those orders being made in a bias fashion without proper review. I see plenty of room for judicial error with this Judge.
Judge Ramos appears to be an excellent addition to the bench. He has excellent courtroom demeanor and is clearly very intelligent.
