Had Hearing Today 5-19-2025 In front of Judge Edmond Alonzo W him small claims court case number 562025SC001543 he treated me like a animal threated me get out of his court room try to tell him did not want a bench trial i appeal so after he threated me went to police department Guess they say do a bar complaint that is what i am going to do was polite in court plus chief judge needs to know true what all complaints say should not be on bench

LITERALLY GAVE LEGAL ADVICE TO PLAINTIFF ATTORNEY ON HOW TO BEAT ME! Filing JQC complaint next. Shows no respect for attorneys. Agree with previous assessments that he is abusive and needs disbarred and anger management. Clearly had not read Defendants pleadings nor review exhibits which completely refuted PLAINTIFFS claims on its face nor was he well versed in the applicable FL statutes on the issue. CITED zero authority for his ruling when point blank asked to do so as the matter was clear on its face in favor of defendant. He attacked both attorneys when judge decided to move on to future matters not noticed for this hearing and started directing how WE SHOULD handle those as well, ADVISING PLAINTIFF counsel to amend his MSJ ENTIRELY to not just be partial but to include all counts....and admonishing DEFENDANT counsel when she said she would then need the statutorily provided time to AMEND Her response accordingly. He said there is no reason you would need time to do so. Cut off everyone while talking. Did not hear more than 6 seconds of the 30 minute motion or response.

Judge Edmond Alonzo should be removed from the bench. My family had numerous evidence of the landlord’s breach of contract, negligence of property, and violent threats and despite this, this monstrous judge evicted us and denied reconsideration. I am seeing this has been a reoccurrence in his of service and it is blatant injustice that he is still even allowed to wear his title.

Judge Edmond Alonzo is hands down the worst judge and should be fired immediately. He evicted my family and I from a property, never took the time to read any of the dismissals or responses. We overpaid our landlord because our credit is not the best - so in order for us to ensure we could move into the property that's what we agreed to. We paid 8 months upfront, and our lease started in November. So not only did we get wrongfully evicted from the property, the landlord also stole over $20,000 of our money. Now we have 3 days to move all of our belongings. So, we have no money (since the landlord stole it all) my family including two kids is about to be homeless... all thanks to Edmond Alonzo. Thanks for making us homeless, thanks for not doing your job properly, thanks for letting a slumlord steal over $20,000 of our hard-earned money and thanks for putting an illegal eviction on our records for 7 years. You truly are a horrible human being.

Judge Alonzo is the worst judge that I have been in front of in 21 years of practicing. The fact that is on the bench should be a crime in and of itself. He completely ignored the applicable statutes in an eviction matter and awarded possession to the landlord. In his Judgment of Final Eviction, he did not explain his reasoning, he entered Final Judgment without a hearing, and denied my Motion to Stay pending appeal in a one sentence order . . . of course without a hearing. Not to mention, threw my clients out on the street without returning five months of advance rent that he permitted the Plaintiff to keep. HE IS A MONSTER AND SHOULD BE COLLECTING GROCERY CARTS IN A PUBLIX PARKNIG LOT NOT SITTING ON THE BENCH.
