Agree with other comments. Judge Brennan openly showed contempt and bias for government defense team. He is irrational in rulings even with clear relevant and material evidence in front of him. Brennan should not be reseated for another term. He should step down.

Nice man, overworked, but not a scholar of the federal rules. Reputation for being unprepared and shooting from the hip, though reputation is probably not all deserved. Typically even tempered, but can be unpredictable and irrational. Would not stipulate to refer a case to him for a trial.
