Edward D. Bronfin

This judge presided over a civil judgement against me - actually, there were no hearings. He granted a summary judgement settlement to a law firm who collects for a thieving, deceitful attorney who stole my assets. Judge Bronfin at least disclosed he socialized with the "debt" collector, but did not recuse himself. Should have. I was never involved with the case, not a defendant, but when the actual DOC inmate who was, had his judgement overturned on appeal, Mr. 35C Attorney amped up his bill, far exceeding the original agreed-upon $10,000 fee. The civil judgement for his attorney fees was awarded fraudulently, via summary judgement (no defense allowed) by Bronfin. Dinner-party friends with the collectors. OAR was not interested.
