Yesterday May 22,2024 at my LT314117-22 trial Honorable Eleanora Ofshtein was helpful, understanding and very patient reviewing both the Subpoena for Records from the NYC DOB and the NYC DOHM Subpoena for Records noting that the landlords are negligence regarding the buildings laundry room excessive heat and moisture conditions. In the NYC DOHM ORDER OF THE COMMISSIONER dated July 27, 2021"conditions dangerous to life or health." to all 748 units in our complex affecting many families with young children and the elderly residents.

Judge Ofshtein has committed [Redacted] decisions in my case knowing she had lacked subject matter jurisdiction she ignored the rule and constitutional Rights and wrongfully evicted me from my inherited property and allowed misrepresentation and fraud deeds (transfer) by my uncle . I been homeless for over 3 years because of her decision and she even ordered a New York [Redactred] Marshal, to lock me out, from getting all my belongings and who later resigned to prevent going to prison. This judge knew family dispute over property is a probate court matter and after all the facts and issues leaning towards who has the right of ownership she evicted me by a fraudulent deed that she discovered was never signed by a grantor because the grantor died in 1940 intestate and as a heir of the property this judge erred in evicting me and taking my Room and Apartment my father and I enjoyed the house we was born in . Judge Ofshtein presided in a complicated Holdover proceeding where a Co-op Attorney tried to evict me. Trial lasted 3 days. The Attorney and one of his associates tried the case. I was the Respondent, am not a lawyer, and was pro se. She was fair and balanced at all times. In the end, she DISMISSED the petition and ruled in my favor. She wrote an excellent post-trial opinion and based her decision solely on the facts and properly applied the law. If you have a strong case, you will be fine. I am certain anyone who blames her for the outcome of their case deserves to lose. And I don't know why the other comment has to bring up race or religion because that is completely irrelevant.
