This judge is very biased and incompetent. I have been going to court for my own case and observant of others while in court. If you are a male you are screwed. She is very anti male. She wont let you speak nor your attorney. She sides with females even though they are criminals addicts and bad individuals. This Judge ruins not only those seeking separation but children involved. She does not do any homework nor review any notes. Her rulings are based off a general script she follows…. All women are oppressed abused and have equal rights. Judge Fox McDonough shame on you I have witnessed you lying in court to cover up for yourself when you realize you make ignorant rulings! I welcome going toe to toe with you. You have no control over your courtroom allowing people to act out and act disorderly. Thats ok if its the females side. Unfortunately this is our corrupt system and nothing will change.

Elizabeth Fox McDonough doesn't care about looking over and reviewing evidence. She has no problem with threatening innocent people (with children) with incarceration. She is anti-male. She doesn't care if you are broke. She will ruin your life. She is a typical woke judge. She even laughed in my face in court as I got emotional over my children. Lack of empathy, very one sided, anti-male judge. Watch out for this one. I have heard many people say the exact same thing (both men and women). These judges need to have supervisors. They act as if they are kings and queens and above the law. I have spoken to attorneys - most that know her say the same thing. Very biased and because of that alone she is unqualified to be a judge. Watch out for this one, she will ruin your life.

The temperament of Elizabeth Fox McDonough, who I won’t call judge because she’s not qualified is one of a circus clown in court I’ve seen her float around, like she’s dancing and singing - she sought after me and laughed unprofessionally Unqualified!! Her time at County Court was like a circus zoo equals UNqualified ..Elizabeth Fox McDonough appears to be UNeducated in law.
