Elizabeth Jackson

Judge Jackson is not a good judge ..she does not policy or procedure . She dragged my son’s custody hearing along for over two years and subsequently reduced my son’s custody from shared to partial without probable cause. Judge Jackson’s antics are a disservice to the law. Somebody please hold her accountable for her actions.

Delayed process, does not include evidence & limits attorneys she does not like. Partisan tactics and legacy of biases to maternal outcomes. Disgraceful

she believes false allegation even when it's proven By DHS,CPS unfounded and no indication of abuse she suspend my visitations with my child. she is not a judge she act above the laws and the us constitution 14th amendment she ignores the laws she swore to uphold when she took the oath.

judge Jackson Does not follow the state laws or the us constitution. she ignores the facts. she is gender bias. She suspended my visitation with my child without probable cause. she acts and thinks, in my opinion that she is above the law. my belief is that judge Jackson intention is to use her position to break up families separate the fathers from their sons and daughters. she is bias and partial in my custody. she favored the mother who made false allegations against me that were proven by DHS,CPS and police. So i had to file a complaint with the JDC from there i will see if the truth will prevail.

she does not listen to view the facts. Jackson does not act like a judge. etc;

She flirted with My sons father and kept asking questions just to interrupt and not listen. My sons father is very abusive and does drugs and an alcoholic. My son does not want to be there. I've been taking care of my son since he was born without father and I've had been homeless for a week until I get a new place I've told his father to take him for that long and he refused at first I've begged him not to run off with him once he decided to take him for a week. Instead this man gave me hell his wife been harassing me claiming she's going to snatch my boy out of my arms and be his new mother that I need to kill myself. And they been threatening me. He ran off for 4 months as I was his primary caregiver. He decided to file full custody I cried and begged for my son back. I couldn't file full custody because I didn't have my own place as I was renting a shared house. Judge ignored what I had said and was applauding him wearing a black father shirt. This man is a fraud and big time flexer he abandoned his son and used him for income tax money and left is struggling just to look down on me while I take care of him on my own. Crazy part is Judge told me she won't let me see my son and it's up to the father. So he decided I can on days he wants me to. I had no choice but to agreed if I want to be in my sons life. She allowed him not to disclose my sons location and gave power to him and suggested family counseling. All for him to abandoned his son again and give him to me full time after my house burned down and didn't care I had to go to shelter. I've been struggling with homelessness for a while now. This is his 3rd time running off with my son now for a year and isn't taking care of him at all his mother is and she has no right nor custody and is asking me for a court order because apparently she cannot commit to giving me my son when there is a court order in tact. Thanks to the judge allowing this to happen this man is money hungry once again for himself not our so

Terrible judge. Especially if you are Pro Se. You can have all the evidence in the world, she too lazy to look at it. If you are a man..better to get different judge.

This is second judge that has had my case ,both of them failed the child , the child is a straight A student very active in and out of school programs has not lived with parents for almost 15 years because the father has drug, mental issues and in and out of jail the mother has 6 children and only custody of 2 and both of them children of problems 1 is under weight and the other has mental issues ,so the judge thinks the 15 year old so be with the parents NOT A GOOD IDEAL so when the child fails in school i guess they will blame the child also the other two children have been late to school 110 time this year and the school year is not over yet there is still 2 1/2 months left of school , so l hope someone will read this and help before its too late.

She does not listen to all parties and does not look at all the facts and ignores the fact that some people are not safe at their parents house, She definitely only does this for money! I give her a very bad rating. The child's father has not been in this child's life for all of her life. He has been in and out of jail, on drugs, stealing. The child has had 2 second degree burns, broke her adult tooth, and had a black eye all in the mothers care. This judge needs to take acknowledgement of what the child wants, since it is HER LIFE! Child has not lived with parents for 15 years for a reason. This is coming from a 15 year old. Some people do not deserve to be parents.

If your case is in front of Judge Jackson You definetely wont be heard fairly especially if the other party has a lawyer. She suggested that I deduct my childs co payments on my taxes as opposed to enforcing that my ex pay his share. She's a clown. Expect a circus in her courtroom.

She don't want to hear all the facts only what she wants . she allows the lawyers to intimidate young children also she put a court on in place but doesn't what to hear what the party has done to violate it .also dont like the adults in the court room just question young children for hours and don't listen to what they want she shouldn't be a judge .
