She didn't believe the complaining witness. She didn't believe the police. She didn't believe the hospital records. The only person that Niki Warin believed was the defendant charged with 30 felonies and 16 misdemeanors. What does she think? that the hospital gives out rape kits like Halloween candy?

Not sure where they find these judges, but this woman is not fit to be a judge. Terrible manners and temperament in the court room, arrogant, self absorbed, entitled person. So many bad judges these days, it's sad to watch them operate. They have no clue what it means serve. She needs a lesson in humility.
