Elizabeth Scully

Judge Scully with the help of someone will be sued! She was responsible for issuing a permanent restraining order against me. I was never served! papers were filed with the court as if I had been served properly. She continued to support the corruption after I found out of the judgement almost 7 months after. The excuse was that I had followed, text, made fun of, wrote, took pictures of, and stalked, an individual named Roland M Arnold or Roland Arnold. I went with a lawyer to argue for the evidence and showed a video of the server living papers behind someone door. She did not want to see the evidence or hear my two witnesses. [Redacted by Ed.] . She also is incompetent and stupid! She decided to issue a restraining order! a permanent at that without any evidence from law enforcement! what I mean is that If I was doing all that was alleged by this unbalanced individual Roland Arnold 3 24 84. Why was he allowed to call my job and got me fired for lying about me! why was Roland Arnold allowed to use an expunged record against me! in civil court? While this Roland Arnold walked into the courthouse this individual stated that I had continually violated the restraining order, while I was under probation! This is the type of [Redacted by Ed.] inept dumb judge Elizabeth Scully. I am looking for a class lawsuit against her and against the Court House where she works at. Why cant anyone assist in suing this government agency? everyone that has left a comment should unite to sue Elizabeth Scully and estate, the courthouse, the state and county of Los Angeles! I have legitimate evidence that Elizabeth Scully issue a permanent restraining order under a falsified proof of service twice! by the same individual Roland Arnold.

Judge Scully hands over young children to with fathers with mental health issues, physical abuse histories, and substance abuse issues. The children suffer and she faces no consequences.

I am an Asian American who had to appear before Scully in a family law matter. I was in the court room prior to my case being brought before the court and me and multiple others overheard her talking in her chambers disrespecting Asians because of COVID. She never looked at the 200 pages of evidence, and written witness statements. I never got a chance to speak because she said that she already made up her decision and she ruled against me; coincidence-NOT

Judge Scully has shown little empathy for mothers/women (doesn't seem to believe them or protect them) in this judicial process and has placed children in compromising situations with angry unhealthy fathers with sketchy pasts. She tends to lean towards father's rights types of dynamics, and not healthy functionals ones at that. Seems very out of touch with every day people, and circumstances. She is easily manipulated by sociopaths, and just digs a deeper harm into protecting children, only applies the law where she sees fit, will act as both judge and attorney in th courtroom, with loads of bias.

Judge Scully purports to be child focused but is not. She refused, flat out, to even read paperwork in a matter where a loving mom has been subjected to supervised visits for 4 years against a very angry man on the other side. A child's needs to be with mom and family, totally ignored by this Judge. Smug, no empathy at all for a person who cannot afford to visit under those conditions. Zero regard. Could not care less about the process of a litigant waiting for their day in court for months and months just to be not heard at all. Her entire "podcast" claiming to love children and be doing this for the children, is a crock. Move on from this judge. 170.6 from now on.

Judge Scully does not know the law. She repeatedly had to look it up on the internet and still did not understand it.

Scully is awesome!! She told me she would take of me and she has. No matter what my ex husband presents to the court she always rules in my favor and never even acknowledges what my ex-husband tries to present to her
