Elizabeth Shamahs

I had the unfortunate experience of having Elizabeth Shamahs judge the New York State Bar Association Mock Trial Final 8. I have no idea how she was chosen to be a judge in Albany for this Mock Trial competition. She was completely clueless, said overruled when she meant sustained and said sustained when she meant overruled. She had no clue what hearsay was or on the Rules in Evidence. In my 37 years of practicing law, I truly have never seen anyone this incompetent. She certainly has no right judging a Mock Trial competition let alone the right to be making any decisions in a courtroom. She was a pure disgrace to the Bar Association.
