she is a "family"judge taking on my "patent law"case; totally negligent!

I have been practicing in Collier for over 35 years and Judge Krier has gotten progressively more aggressive and "mean" with litigants and attorneys and not in anyways in a professional manner.

I appear before Judge Krier regularly. She often has made up her mind before taking the bench and listening to arguments or the evidence. Attorneys hate appearing in her courtroom because she is rude, dismissive and will yell at you even if she rules in your favor! No one will file a complaint because they know she is vindictive and will make their lives hell if she finds out you turned her in. Judge Krier has a terrible judicial temperament and is a disgrace to the bench. It's time to elect someone new and show her that her horrific behavior (and complete disregard for the law) has consequences.

Had a civil case before her. A bankrupcty was filed staying the case under federal law, Title 11. She ignored the stay. The case before her was removed to federal court under Title 11. She continued to hold proceeding after the case was removed to federal court in the absence of any and all jurisdiction. There are some actionable federal crimes against her that will never be prosecuted.

Racist ignorant and clueless throw’s lives away she obviously has no disregard for the human minority life’s of INNOCENT until Proven guilty offenders idk how she sleeps at night seriously

Has no idea as to what she she know for or about the criminal law side of the state… attorney’s had to literally walk her through examples of similar cases as she laughed while she FINALLY understood what their points where! Also while ONE Hispanic possible juror was present said”I was surprised she could follow what was going on” Also had a juror that personally knew the defendant expressed their opinion clearly and allowed all the jurors to complete the trial… After outspokenly said What are we even fighting for his name was on the label so I mean what’s the point”…. Then couldn’t even sentence the offender as she ASKED the prosecutor what they wanted to sentence the offender for his MIND you FIRST offense no witnesses not even the lead investigator could back his own statements up against agreed to a 10 year sentence when there was no connection to the defendant and the accusations brought towards him. Like peoples lives are a joke… honestly has no business in the career path she is ATTEMPTING don’t think will be what she planned with her alternative motives obviously a HIGHLY racist above anyone else ignorant as to life bc and thee actual laws guess she’s after tfst$50000 per each not white offender

she is destroying me illegibly

Completely unprofessional. Made fun of my race in front of my client in open court. Refused to recuse because didn’t think it made her bias—ignoring the fact that’s it the appearance of bias as a basis. Hope she somehow gets off the bench.

Requested she be recused. She is former partner in litigating attorney's firm, and husband/ex-husband also works in same firm!!! Cummings & Lockwood.
