I have appeared before Justice Spodek on many occasions over the years. I have never observed her to be short tempered or hostile. To the contrary, she is fair minded, gives all parties an opportunity to be heard, and her decisions are thoroughly researched and well thought out. She has always been hard working, but she has been particularly industrious during the COVID period.
