Emily Miskel

This woman has effectively removed my grandchildren from most of their blood relatives. No evidence, no witnesses…and an “in chambers” meeting with a minor child via Zoom while child was at home with an abusive alienating parent. She has no care for what she’s done to this family. Her decision was made before she even walked into court. She is reckless and self serving and should never serve at the bench.

My daughter attempted suicide because of her father and was sent to a behavioral hospital by CPS. The Psychiatrist reported abuse by the dad.Judge Miskel terminated my parental rights , put me on supervision, had her court Psych diagnose me mental illnesses that I never suffered from and then gave me maximum child support for 3 kids without any rights to see my kids. Judge Miskel also said I suffered from a brain tumor. She is on every committee and has immense power which she abuses

Best Judge ever ! She has a great insight. She reads everything. She analyzes everything. I can understand why defeated litigants would hate her. I hope she runs for higher office

Aaron Robb LPC is part of Miskels inner circle, I am unsure if they know eachother but as a court appointed Psychologist he is extremely corrupt and routinely diagnoses people with bogus diseases unless they pay him more. I dont know if Miskel has appointed people to help her setup women or just that the system is unchecked and there is rampant corruption at all levels. Miskel was informed of Robbs incompetence but she didnt seem to make an effort to have him removed.

I have worked with Miskel and have seen her gender bias, she has unresolved childhood issues. Its important to organize a protest against any judge who abuses their power to that extent. How is it possible that every woman has her children removed from her. This is a crazy person.

This is the worst judge ever appointed by Greg Abbot. She does not follow the law and makes it up as she goes. She will end up being disbarred if she continues her course.

During the last 4 years I have had the displeasure of dealing with judge Miskel as my family custody judge. From the very beginning she favored my ex husband despite the fact that he was a 2 time felon for DWIs, and I had no criminal history what so ever. She gave dad sole conservator and placed me on supervised visitation with no other rights to our 2 children. Within a year of our divorce dad got a 5th DWI and is currently serving a 9 month sentence (SAFP) with 10 years probation. I filed to take possession of our children (which I did legally) while he was in jail, but instead of awarding their mother (me) custody, they gave his mother his rights without reason, and made me give possession to her. This 44 year old man has lived with his mother since he was 22, or entire 11 year marriage we lived with her because he was already a felon and we couldn't get a place of our own. Now she has pushed our final hearing out until September 2022 so that dad can appear without cuffs on. Which I assume she has already planned on giving him his sole custody back once he's out of jail. It's so sad that even though I am more than fit and able to take custody of our children, this judge has made it clear without words that she will favor dad. Someone please help us moms that are dealing with this bias judge! We deserve better!
