She is an excellent judge - calm, patient, knowledgeable, listens to litigants, and works hard. Her decisions are fair and well written.

Incompetent BIASED. Ineptitude certified incompetent BIASED. I feel ashamed of her as woman. She disrespectful bullied women and patronize them. Always that smirk pretending care for brown elderly people..she just pretend. Cruel and inhumane judge. She like talk talk talk like nonsense patronizing people like she is superior. Arrogant consdescending disrespectful and the most rude. Extremely impolite. Look like a she need take her medicine before go court. Short temper. Illogical decisions. Racist discriminate towards tenants. Very cruel woman judge.. she is exactly why the justice system failed to black poor communities.. sad they put her in such important position only to hurt poor unprotected tenants. I like weisberg better. She is very irresponsible and vindictive judge... she just talk talk and don't listen the case.. is insane that court.. Also I little intellectual or happy young progressive compassion judge balance we need it. I don't care she is Spanish latina. Mean nothing if she is an example of a Supreme racists biases judge. Totally damaging tenants in NYC. SHE doesn't respect Pro se. Shame on her as latina and mediocre judge. She lied roo. Write this stupid settlement by hands in the most arbitrary Arrogant way. Preposterous..don't wasted time.. she is a bad person vindictive towards people of lower income. My Judge weisberg protected me. Very Respectful professional and nice with everyone.. this woman got to go to a mental institution. She is so cruel ride and incompetent no intellectual. Hate women.. but praised evil dangerous lawyer.. she will destroy lifes and allowed greedy lanlord to continue their unscrupulous behavior. One of the worst Arrogant judge no manners. I ever see. Unpleasant and impolite. Complex of superiority indeed.

I have heard a lot of negative things about Judge Sanchez but perhaps I have only appeared in front of her on her good days? She seems so nice, patient, and listens. I cant say she always makes the right call-- but her politeness is refreshing in LT court. Apparently she almost got kicked off the bench for sitting on decisions for too long. Last I heard, that has improved.

Inept judge, who is incapable of issuing a fair ruling in a case and simply masks her inability or unwillingness to carry out due process by speaking in circles and delaying. She lacks the willingness to hear out a cases merit and does not uphold agreements made between parties. She is inefficient, has terrible temperament when it comes to hearing out both parties, and moves at the pace of a sloth. She is the epitome of why the justice system in NYC is a failure. Does not carry out justice, but merely defers decision making and prolongs decisions, leading to further backlog and delays.

Rules entirely by ego. Lacks the temperament of a judge, and attacks attorneys and litigants. Does not have the intellectual capacity to adjudicate even simpler cases and decisions are poorly written. Flies under the radar because Housing Court is a place where no one is held accountable for anything.
