[Redacted by Ed.] Unbelievable behavior! His "Misconduct" by being rude, abusive, and improper treatment of a mentally ill defendant. The defendant voluntarily entered treatment and the judge stated to him "Look at you sitting there in a turtle suit!" (suicide vest). He told him that the only reason he is taking meds is because he was in jail. Judges have NO RIGHT to• Justice system responses to people with mental illness should be minimized while ensuring that any interactions preserve health, well-being and dignity. • No one should be subject to practices that can cause or worsen mental health symptoms. He also stated that nobody should have gun rights except for him and law enforcement! Excuse me, but that sounds BIASED! Again, NOT supposed to be biased. NOTE: This defendant did not use a gun to commit a crime. He was carrying because he feared for his life. 2nd Amendment.
