This judge showed little concern for truth or fairness. Important evidence was ignored, and false statements went unchallenged. I felt that money and influence carried more weight than honesty or the best interests of the children. The experience leaves you feeling unheard and disillusioned with a system that should protect families, not profit from their pain. I hope real reform comes to this court so that justice and compassion take priority over politics and profit.

My experience in this family court was extremely disappointing. I felt that evidence and testimony were not given fair consideration, and that there was an imbalance in how parties were treated. It seemed that financial factors were prioritized over the best interests of the children. The process felt impersonal and driven by procedure rather than justice or compassion. I hope that future cases in this court are handled with greater fairness, transparency, and attention to the well-being of all involved.

Get him off the bench

Judge Wersching is an incredible Judge. He is very detailed, and likes paperwork done in a timely manner. If your going to lie in his court room he will know so don't do it. He cares genuinely about the safety and welfare of the children and their best interests so if your beef is focused on the other parent change your attitude before you go into his court room. Don't chew gum in his court room and present yourself in a professional manner. Although you should be doing this for any judge because it shows respect. This man saw through the BS in my case and I will forever be grateful to this man.

Worse than Flynn and Flynn was awful to me. (Flynn Forced co-owning with a man that makes terrible money choices) And traps me in a dump with an abusive adult son. (lets him Take the money I invested to fix the issues with house). Wersching (W) will let him take it all $$. He does not even try/want to be fair. Does not want to know the truth. Judge W. lets petitioner get away with fraud. Lets him change our stip agreement while pet. tells me I am in violation for his wrong doing. Bull. W. rewards pet. for giving away his undisclosed inheritance (10 times as much as mine). Does not even ask for proof, that he gave it away. Lets him take my tiny inheritance. Rewards Petitioner as having to pay zero spousal support to respondent, stating I have more money than him. totally not true. I get charged for him giving that away to his squatter wife. I has 2 painful disabilities. My ex pushed me to home school our 2nd child even though I was always in constant pain. I still am and the judge was yelling at me why I am not working. Migraines almost every day for 16 years. I just told him again. I get no s. support as he pushed me into this. Is not right at all. Kept me at home longer. Most women who are married this long get support even without homeschooling both their kids. W tells untruths in the courtroom to get them on the record. (We have a full courtroom….we are the only ones in there) (I know about your $ situation more than you do….sounded like a direct lie to harm/abuse me) Like his appointer, GN, he is not a truthful man. $5500-$0. I get zero. after so much theft from this man. Again, W, does not want to hear or let me show him the proof like the $30k more this man took for no reason. And so much more.

This Judge went against investigation report recommendations. Allowed perjury, fraud and contempt to take place in his courtroom

This judge did more in 1 Year than Flynn did in 6. Finally someone who can make positive changes for the court system and truly look out for the best interests of the children.
