Very bright and focused judge. Has sophisticated commercial experience in private practice, which shows in his ability to understand complex financial claims. Can get a little snippy from the bench but if you do your job and get details right, he'll be calm. Overall an excellent judge that works hard and gives litigants a fair shake.
