Does not know you can go in by ex-parte to file a document under seal. Does not like self represented litigants because he is a formal criminal judge. Mixes messages on whether he wants an IDC before or after you file a MTC. The whole point of a IDC is to resolve issues first. Denied a motion to disqualify counsel after the lawfirm represented an entiy who was listed in settlement and were not allowed to have a copy of a settlement that was at issue in the case. Took 30 days to address and RFO and his MO simply stated "Deny." He does not know what he is doing and tries to put his incompetence on to the litigant who knows more than him.
