Eric Geffon is either incompetent or compromised. He claimed to be unable to understand basic information, ignored evidence, ignored expert testimony and ignored the law. In my opinion he is a disgrace to the bench and should be removed. I can't figure out if he is just stupid or if he was compromised and had type of connection with my ex who was a Santa Clara County barred attorney herself. The one-sided decision that he issued and the way that it was issued was " like nothing I've ever seen" according to multiple attorneys and mediators.
