Fern Flanagan Saddler

In my experience, Judge Saddler was even-tempered enough, but lazy and above all, dumb as a rock. You have no idea how she will rule on motions or at trial (for example on rules of evidence) because she doesn't know what she is doing. She will mouth some legal principle and then totally misapply it. She really makes you wonder not only how she became a judge, but how she passed the bar exam
