This Cuban-immigrant, Miami, Trump judge is a complete hypocrite, who uses the rules against parties and attorneys whom he dislikes, and who ignores enforcing the rules against parties and attorneys whom he likes. He pretends to be a reasonable judge; but his sympathies and biases lie with government and business interests and against private and non-government interests. He feigns being fair, but is full of shit.
