Frances C. Gull

The only reason she's still a judge is because there is no one competing. Look at her history, she took an oath to be un bias and fair, she is not either of these things. Does NOT do things by the book, her bias is evident in everything she does.

Does not rule in matter to the law over cases

Judge Gull (not honorable!) is the most blatantly bias judge I’ve EVER seen! She is an embarrassment to the ‘justice’ system! She hasZERO interest in justice and needs to be removed for public safety! Any exculpatory evidence is banned! DNA and forensic phone data is not allowed in if it proves the defendant is innocent! Does she get paid to lock people up? Gull allows pretrial detainees to be totured in prison! Not only is she a disgrace to the profession, she is a disgrace to humanity

Frances Gull is the most dishonorable judge in the Hoosier state. She has destroyed any faith in the justice system and is complicit in injustices against citizens and the public. She rules as an extension of the prosecution and had no business in her role with her archaic views on mental health. Shes has no regard for the constitution. Fran Gull will deny defendants their 6th ammendment rights and even when exonerated, will spitefully detain not guilty citizens out of spite. Citizens must not allow tyrant judges to destroy our liberty.

An extremely unprofessional judge, who goes so far beyond bias it’s remarkable and, to be honest, dangerous. The lengths to which she will go to not just make the playing field uneven, but to forbid any opposing team to even show up has shocked me (and I don’t use that word lightly). That she in her last big case had the camera’s in het courtroom covered, forbid any evidence to be seen and made it (on purpose) extremely hard for reporters and civilians to even be present is just the visible part of her attitude towards anyone trying to hold her accountable. Her rulings and general behavior during trial are so hostile towards the defense and go so far beyond what’s she’s allowed to rule on and how she’s supposed to conduct herself that she has become the star example when I teach ethics and human rights to my class. That there’s NO consequences for this is something that haunts me and makes me so, so thankfull that I live and practice in Europe… I wish you better.

I fear for my own safety now that I know that... Fair trials are not actually required. Evidence does not actually need to be shared across all lawyers involved. Evidence against other suspects is irrelevant. Even though there's actually a nexus connecting it all. Lost evidence can still be considered as proof, even though there's no actual proof it ever existed in the first place. Google is a legal way of providing an "expert" opinion, even though it was actually Googled during a court break. It wasn't as if Google was used as a starting point to find the actual SCIENCE behind the situation. Going to prison and being in solitary confinement before you're even guilty is a possibility I might need to be prepared for. Which is actually terrifying. Psychologists/psychiatrists, who are proven to be unethical, are allowed to dictate what a defendant supposedly said, even though the actual notes were literally destroyed by said psych attendant. It's actually okay to strip, berate, and terrorize someone who is not yet proven guilty. 99% of motions will be denied without a hearing or never decided upon at all within the time limitations. This is insane. I feel as though I'd have zero right to a legal defense within her court. Unacceptable. It's no surprise that there's been zero transparency within her courtroom. How would you ever explain your actions?

Judge Gull dud a dis service to everyone involved in the Richard Allen trial. She was so biese and favored the state by not allowing the defense to do their job and present the evadance to prove Richard innocents. He did not get a fair trial. Everyone in this case that had a hand in the loss of the interviews and the evidence of the true time line that was not turned over to the court and those that lied under oth to get warrants should all be held accountable including judge Gull. This is a very sad representation of the state of Indiana and how we provide justice to those that are sippose to be innocent until proven guilty. He was made out to be guilty to the public when they all decided to not go after the real killers involving the pagans, libbys sister kelsi and the patties. They covered it all up because it was too big for that town to handle. Judge i hope you get your judgement you deserve on your judgment day with God.This would be your time to make things right you won't get a second judgment day with God.

She's very bais during the trial of Richard Allen's trial and stopping the defens attorney for presenting evidence in the trial and always biased and and she was friends with Prosecutor Nick McLean and not letting the jury see all the evidence that she denied the defense on presenting the defense case judge Gull had done everything she could do against the defense to see that that Richard Allen doesn't get a fair trial she needs to removed from the bench of being in another court judge Richard Allen's fifth amendment rights were not given to him during his tria

Extreme bias in favour of prosecution. No interest in being an impartial guardian of justice and in my view she has no place on the bench. Everyone should be scared in her court.
