Request another judge for your DVI. I was a party requesting a restraining order against my now ex-husband. She failed to disclose her relationship with the defense attorney (he was previously her boss, and she is friends with his wife), which I only found out about after the DVI hearing. She victim shames. She said “I do believe you’re a victim of domestic violence, but I don’t think I’ve heard the whole story. I’m going to deny the restraining order, but I don’t think y’all need to be contacting each other, so instead I’ll issue a no contact order.” Which he then violated on multiple occasions.

Dealt with ongoing retaliatory injunction filings stemming from a custody case. I showed this lady PHOTOS of the petitioner VOLUNTARILY at my home BY CHOICE. How can someone claim to be scared but choosing to come to your home to start issues?? Ongoing withholdings because of these retaliatory injunctions, THIS JUDGE DID NOT CARE. Extended an injunction due to me shoving the petitioner (who has NO custodial rights) out the way in order to retrieve MY child. Even the police were on my side, telling the petitioner I had every right to get MY kid! This judge extended the injunction for THREE months bc of a SHOVE. Now my child is being held from me AGAIN by a non-custodial figure because of this judge. She’s absolutely pathetic and doesn’t run out of breath, just uses the entire hearing to talk nonsense and belittle people.

If you get this judge, request another. I went into court today requesting an injunction on behalf of myself and my two children against my physically and verbally abusive ex boyfriend. After presenting all my evidence, with my ex boyfriend confirming he did threaten me and my children multiple times, she then accused me of lying. She yelled at me in the courtroom and denied the injunction on the basis of not having enough evidence. After explaining his physical violence towards us, she told me, and I quote “children are typically happier in a two parent household. Figure out a parenting plan.” She is beyond disrespectful, rude, and nasty. It was obvious and all over her face she did not want to be there.

I had Judge Perrone recently regarding a civil injunction hearing and honestly Judge Perrone seemed to be a nice person. She acted fairly, she listened to what we all had to say and was fair about the situation. She granted the injunction against me for a year and event hough I don't agree with her finding, I understand that she did not mean any harm and that the petitioner had manipulated Judge Perrone in to her finding. Overall, I'd give Judge Parrone a 10 star review.

Honorable Judge Please excuse me for being so forward I appeared in front of you twice once was for a restraining order that was filed in my now ex's name on her behalf without her permission and knowledge I would like to let you know that something like this cost me approximately $240 plus parking and fuel just to show up I do appreciate you dropping the restraining order I could care less if I spoke or seen her the only problem was the fact that the police show up asking for my firearms at odd hours of the night.. I was also wondering if you get to steal from everybody the way everybody else gets to from Argentina.. we were betting if you were from the Cerrone family in Niagara falls New York... I would also like to let you know that I received restraining orders asking for temporary control of the home alimony and a few other things however we didn't live together we're not married we don't have any kids together.. I don't think anybody can understand the level of frustration however at the time I was just happy these things were dismissed... Usually if I haven't spoken with her in a few months sometimes when I know it's her she wants me to call her and tell her I miss her so I get a restraining order and that means I need to call her and tell her I miss her and ask her if she wants to hang out.... This has always resulted in everything going nowhere... In her defense at the time I didn't realize there was somebody else filing some of these on her behalf without her permission or knowledge.. I have also been prosecuted for violating a restraining order in the name of somebody I do not even know the restraining order red Andrea Villa however the girl I knew's name was Andrea Vela and she was in the courtroom requesting contact all of the other information was correct except for the name spelling I don't know what to tell you...I would be eternally grateful if I could get you to look into this situation .. there is a lot of information on my many Facebooks this

She was completely bias and Although I suffer from a mental handicap and I’m on disability, she clearly made decisions based on myth not facts. She seems agitated just being on the bench. Hopefully she doesn’t serve the people after 2025.

My opinion is that she is emotionally motivated self-serving unethical unfair and anembarrassement to the U S legal system.
