Francine Zepeda

Let's all thank the "Honorable" Zepeda for retiring. The world is a better place.

This judge is incompetent and biased, and in my opinion, not qualified to rule over children’s lives. She sits on her bench with a Cheshire cat look on her face looking like Jabba the hut with a bad perm and she knows nothing. She doesn’t even sound smart. She took away my rights to my son and gave full custody to his father while he was on domestic assault probation, and when I asked her why she took away my rights. She said she can’t answer that and then when I asked her how I could get my rights back she said she can’t answer that either. I feel all the people this judge has affected all the parents and children’s lives. She has ruined should get together and take her off her bench it can be done. Children are getting hurt and their lives and adolescence are taken away because of her incompetence it’s gotta stop.

Judge Zepeda is often times rude and condescending to counsel and litigants. She is unprepared and goes into the hearings without reading the pleadings. She favors the fathers and is bias against mothers. She told one mother if she called the police or CPS one more time she would be on supervised visits!! You can’t restrict a parents rights to file police reports for custodial interference and so forth. She intimidates and threatens mothers in the court room with supervised visits when the make a showing of domestic violence by father and history of his abuse.
