Judge made up own facts and scenario not stated at trial counter to both Prosecution and defenses stated events as explanation for an extremely harsh sentence for a polite defendant with no criminal history. After a prosecution stretching on what constitutes assault. Seems to hand out sentences for political reasons not based on the facts of the crime.
